2. Personal Data Collected

The following personal data may be collected through our website:

• Name and surname
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Message content you submit through the contact form
• IP address and browser information through cookies
• Website usage data through Google Analytics

3. Purposes of Processing Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluating legal assistance requests
• Managing appointment and contact requests
• Establishing and carrying out the attorney-client relationship
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Improving the website and user experience

Your portal chat history is saved and shown to you with personal information masked. “New chat” starts a separate conversation; it does not delete the previous chat. Each chat is limited to 10 questions.

4. Transfer of Data

Personal data may be shared with official authorities where legally required. Depending on the operation and use of the relevant service, the website and online services may use the following providers: Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), Supabase (storage of form and portal data), Sentry (error records), Resend (email delivery), Netgsm (SMS delivery), iyzico (payment transactions), and Vercel AI Gateway (message content written to the Zek.AI artificial intelligence assistant).

Depending on the service, these operations may involve technical request and account data, request or appointment details, contact details and message content, or necessary payment and payer details. When the relevant additional feature is used, Expo may process a device push token and notification content for mobile notifications; Scanii may process file content for document security scanning; Daily.co may process participation details for setting up meetings; and Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical verification information for automated abuse prevention.

When Resend is used for informational emails, the email address and message content may be processed, and technical events such as delivery, opening or a returned message may be recorded to follow whether the service has reached you. Opening information is not conclusive.

When Netgsm is used for informational SMS messages, such as hearing, appointment and payment reminders, the phone number and message text are shared, and delivery information may be recorded. These messages are not commercial electronic communications.

Open-text messages you write to the Zek.AI artificial intelligence assistant are served through a model provider located abroad (OpenAI) via the Vercel AI Gateway so that a response can be generated. Correspondence in client mode is additionally served through Google Vertex AI.

For all international transfers to the providers described in this section, as of the date this text was prepared, the Board's standard contracts had not been signed and no notification had been made to the Authority.

Multi-turn cloud memory is used only when you have a cloud preference matching the published v2 text. At most 8 question-answer turns and 6000 characters in total from the same chat are used, including your latest question: up to 7 previous question-answer pairs plus your latest question. History is masked and checked for personal information; local portal answers, emergency referrals and previous pairs suspected of containing personal information are excluded from memory.

The office may change the models used. If the model, fallback, provider or region configuration of the general-question or client cloud path changes, the old policy no longer matches and cloud support closes. Cloud support cannot reopen until a policy matching the new configuration is published; a different scope requires a new policy version and a renewed preference.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic. Google Analytics cookies are used to collect pseudonymous measurement data that is not intended for direct identification. You may set your cookie preferences through the cookie notice displayed on your first visit to the site, and you may also disable cookies through your browser settings. 6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in KVKK Article 7
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

7. Retention Periods

Deleting a chat removes it from your portal list and access; it does not physically erase the office record. Chats linked to your client account are kept with the office’s client record under the retention rules applicable to client files. These records are excluded from the automatic 180-day deletion applied to anonymous chats; the application sets no fixed automatic deletion period for client chats.

8. Data Security

Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken for the security of your personal data. Our website is protected with an SSL certificate, and data is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

9. Policy Updates

This privacy policy may be updated in line with legal regulations or service changes. Updates will be published on this page.
